HOW TO USE?
White Modenese Tenderloin is extremely soft, lean and tender with very unique taste. It is ideal for Bourguignon, medallions and for different sauces.
HOW TO PRESERVE?
All fresh meats are packed into vacuum package. The meat preserves in vacuum package for 3 weeks or longer in case you prefer aged meat.
