An excellent pork roast from wild forests of Tuscany mountains.

Cinta Senese is highly valued pig breed, who grazes in wild forests on Tuscany hills.
These pigs feed primarily on acorns which this area of Tuscany is particularly rich due to the presence of a high number of evergreen oaks. Forests provide also chestnuts, mushrooms etc, highly nutritious food that is natural.
Cinta Senese is a slow food. It is grown slowly. If industrial pigs must reach to 160/180 kg in 9/10 months, then Cinta Senese grows naturally more than 18 months.
Cinta Senese meat is highly valued due to its amazing taste where purity and wilderness turn this meat into incredible gourmet food. The taste of the meat reminds wild mushrooms and chestnuts and the silky fat layer is so delicate that it melts in your mouth.
Cinta Senese pork loin is 100% natural, without any additives, flavorings, preservatives, nitrites. It is GMO and antibiotics free.
Cinta Senese pig is well recognizable in the Fourteeth century ‘Buon Governo’ (good rule) fresco by Ambrogio Lorenzetti.

HOW TO USE?

Cinta Senese pork loin is perfect for different oven dishes. Use extra virgin Taggiasca olive oil, pinch of sea salt with herbs and alpine raw milk butter for cooking. Add vedgetables and place it to the oven. Since the meat is gentle, be careful with too high temperature, otherwise the meat will dry.

HOW TO PRESERVE?

All fresh meats are packed into vacuum package. The meat preserves in vacuum package for 3 weeks or longer in case you prefer aged meat.
