Taggiasca olives in extra virgin olive oil are gorgeous appetizers for any celebration. The Taggiasca has a firm bite and a sweet fruity and mild flavor. It's delicate structure and extremely low acidity makes it perfect for using it in different dishes.
The Taggiasca olive is grown in the province of Liguria, Italy, where it is found on the rocky mountain slopes of the Italian Riveria. It is small area with limited annual production.

HOW TO USE?
Serve Taggiasca olives with other appetizers such as cured hams and alpine cheeses. You can also make a mix with tomatoes, extra virgin olive oil, mediterranean sea salt, herbs and taggiasca olives. Taggiasca olives can be added to salads or to any dish you like.
HOW TO PRESERVE?
Keep the opened jar in cool place or in fridge. In fridge the extra virgin olive oil freezes in time therefore remember to take it out for "melting" before using. After opening the jar, it preserves for 2 weeks.
